His journey through professional football exposed him to the nation's top high-performance training facilities, where he worked alongside world-class nutritionists and exercise coaches preparing Olympians and pro athletes for peak performance. But Khairi noticed something: the most effective methods from elite training could be simplified for everyday use. His mission became clear - translate complex athletic science into practical, achievable systems for busy people serious about transformation. Chase | Co-Founder & Transformation Specialist Chase's journey represents what Kova Fitness stands for - real results through sustainable methods. After transforming her own body by losing nearly 30 pounds of fat while building muscle, Chase turned her passion into purpose by becoming a certified personal trainer. Her approach combines practical cross-training techniques with realistic nutrition strategies, proving you don't have to give up your favorite foods to see amazing results.
